The City Council will meet in open session, and then move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation known as Ahern v. City of Cambridge, et al., Docket Number 1:21-cv-11007-DJC, which is a civil case in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. Discussing this matter in an open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the City.
